Frequently Asked Questions
How do I open a support ticket?
If you're an existing client, log into the client portal and open a ticket there — this attaches your account context automatically. For new enquiries, use the form on this page. Either way, your request reaches our development team directly.
What are your response times?
High-priority issues (site down or completely unreachable) are responded to within 2 hours during working hours. Medium-priority items within 8 hours. Low-priority and general enquiries within one working day. Our coverage is Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time.
Do you offer emergency support for site outages?
Yes. If your live site is down or completely unreachable, flag it as a high-priority issue. This ensures your ticket is brought to immediate attention outside of the normal queue order. Existing clients should use the WHMCS portal with "Urgent" priority.
Can I email you directly?
Absolutely. Send an email to support@edznet.io and it will automatically create a ticket in our support queue. This works for both existing clients and new enquiries.
What information should I include in my support request?
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include: a clear description of the problem, steps to reproduce it, any error messages you're seeing, your domain name if applicable, and whether this is a new or existing project. The more context you give us, the faster our first response will be useful.
